Cee Lo Green is about to become an author: Grand Central Books recently signed the “Voice” judge to write a memoir. “FORGET YOU? After reading my book, there will be no doubt that I am meant to be,” said Green in a statement. “You will enter into the supernatural, the surreal and extraordinary. As Cee Lo Green, a.k.a. ‘everybody’s brother,’ I will make you a believer. I talk about art imitating life; YOU discover CRAZY.”
Green will co-write the book with Rolling Stone contributing editor David Wild. Beth de Guzman, the vice president and editor-in-chief of paperbacks at Grand Central Publishing, had nothing but glowing things to say about the musician’s energy and potential as an author: “He dresses in sequined capes, performs with the Muppets and Madonna, and does 360° flips with a grand piano at his fingertips. Imagine all that outrageously unique and creative talent channeled into a book.”
Cee Lo Green’s memoir is set to be published sometime in 2013. Do you plan to buy a copy?
