Cee Lo Green is bringing his larger-than-life stage presence to Sin City: he’s just signed a semi-permanent residency at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The show is called “Cee Lo Green Presents Loberace,” a nod to the hip-hop-inspired Liberace tribute the singer unveiled in his “I Want You (Hold On to Love)” music video.
“Cee Lo, the conductor-ringmaster Loberace, will take you on a ride through the colorful decades of music, stopping at legendary moments in time, from Prince to Blue Magic to the Rolling Stones, new wave to disco and beyond,” a press release for the show read. The extravaganza will be “part dance party, part live intimate concert.”
And, because it’s a Vegas show, there will be plenty of showgirls, magic and pyrotechnics to amp up the music even more.See the nexus of Loberace below.
