Bruno Mars comes from a big, musically inclined family, full of siblings who are looking to make their own break in the music industry. Mars’ four sisters will appear in their own reality series titled “The Lylas” on WE tv.
“The Lylas” will follow sisters Tiara, Tahiti, Presley and Jaime as they move from their home of Hawaii to Los Angeles to begin recording their first album together. The hour-long episodes will capture their journey and probably a bit of drama along the way.
“We probably fight more than we get along,” Tahiti said. “But because we’re sisters, it lasts two minutes. It’s sisterly fights.”
Along with launching their singing careers, the sisters have signed modelling contracts with Robinson’s Department Store in the Philippines.
“The Lylas,” which stands for Love You Like A Sister, will begin airing this fall on Friday nights. WE tv has ordered eight of the hour-long episodes.
