Possibly the lowest priced celebrity home to be featured thus far on Celebs.com, Simon Helberg (aka Howard Wolowitz from TV’s smash hit show “The Big Bang Theory”) is trading out of his Craftsman-styled home on Ardmore Avenue in Los Angeles, putting it on the market for $849,000.

Featuring 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, great Viking appliances, a beautiful yard, leadlight feature windows, and a light-filled guest space, we can’t see the actor having to wait for an astral occurrence to sign away his current dwelling.

We’d like to see the actor sign the contracts using his character’s name from “Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story” – Dreidel L’Chaim.
