Barbara Walters‘ “The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2011″ list, which will air in an ABC special on Dec. 14, includes pop culture fixtures Simon Cowell, Katy Perry, Pippa Middleton, the Kardashian family, Derek Jeter, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet and Donald Trump.
The annual special highlights Walters’ picks for famous figures with the most influence and impact over the course of the year. We’ve come quite a way in a year: picks on the 2010 list included the “Jersey Shore” cast, Tiger Woods, Justin Bieber and Sarah Palin.
ABC has remained mum on the person who holds the No. 1 spot on Barbara Walters’ list. Who do you think it will be?
