Axl Rose isn’t interested in being a part of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony for Guns N’ Roses this weekend. In a letter addressed to the institution, Rose wrote, “No offense meant to anyone, but the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony doesn’t appear to be somewhere I’m actually wanted or respected.” He went on to write that if he were to appear, it would create “somewhat of a complicated or awkward situation.”
In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Slash acknowledged their beef, saying, “Rose hates my guts. It’s over a lot of different stuff, I don’t even know. There’s just no communication between us. So let sleeping dogs lie or lying dogs sleep or whatever. Time to move on. People get divorced.”
Are you surprised that Guns N’ Roses still has so much tension, even after all these years?
