Adam Levine’s three favorite poses are Headstand I, Half-moon with hands in prayer and the one-legged Koundinyasana II. The five styles he cycles through in his sessions with yogi Chad Dennis are Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Iyengar and Anusara.
