6.539 square feet of ranch-house perfection on close to four acres of land, Maroon 5 frontman and “The Voice” coach Adam Levine has added a sweet piece of Beverly Crest (Benedict Canyon) property to his portfolio. The place has panoramic views,  and while big enough and nice enough, might just be treated as some raw land for Levine to build his dream house on.
