Adam Levine seems to have been officially accepted by Hollywood. The Maroon 5 front man’s foray into acting has landed him on the cover of The Hollywood Reporter.
Levine spoke about his first impression of the show that made him a household name, “The Voice.” He explained, “I scoffed at it initially. It’s just a bunch of f****** a**holes who are fame whores.”
The singer continued, “No one knew what I was really like or whether I had anything to say… I think that the occasional soccer mom probably thought I was a s***.”
According to Levine, the show helped improve his image. He told The Hollywood Reporter, “The show put me in an interesting light to be cross-examined and analyzed by the world at large, and I think that I succeeded in making them like me.”
